HANOVER ESTATE
Designed to compliment the panoramic view of this mountain top estate, this design features an outdoor courtyard patio for formal dining, a relaxed fire pit patio area, and a decorative dry river bed. There are perennials surrounding the hardscape features adding color and visual interest throughout the design.
NORTHFIELD RETREAT
An inspirational design. With a terraced patio and fire pit separated by a fieldstone retaining wall and garden with landscape lighting, this space is guaranteed to be enjoyed at any hour or season. This plan also features natural stone steps, a granite lamp post, lush perennials throughout and aesthetic uplighting to highlight the featured Japanese maple tree at the home's entrance.
OWL'S NEST GOLF RESORT
What was once an empty vacant lot was transformed into a private oasis. This design added depth and shape by lowering the grade to allow for a sitting wall, and adding a circular fire pit area. There is a pergola for shade offset to the left side of the bluestone patio and an abundance of plantings surrounding the hardscape.
THE LEDGES ON NEWFOUND LAKE
A simple entry planting bed can add volumes to your home. This design has plants that bloom from spring to fall, bringing color throughout the seasons to the property. Having colors from nature at your front door cast a sense of warmth and welcoming, on your home.
NEW LONDON, NEW HAMPSHIRE
An all around the house design, showcasing wrap around front walkway two patio areas for entertaining, updated plant selection and much needed grading solutions. All patio surfaces are pattern stock bluestone in an ashlar pattern.
NEWFOUND LAKE, HOME
One of the largest stone staircases on Newfound Lake. The new layout changed the steps to make a more comfortable design with a slight curve to add interest and a more direct route for the flow of traffic. These are granite steps with bluestone stepping stones in the flat between the steps. The perennials along the side will add color throughout the year soften the look and feel of the stone.
DANBURY, NH
Do you want a natural looking patio shape with an irregular edge? Look no further than this landscape design. This space creates its own outdoor escape where people can go to relax with friends around the built in fire pit.
HEBRON, NEW HAMPSHIRE
This plan is a landscape blueprint for a new construction home. The design shows an oversized front paver walkway, with an adjacent front planting bed featuring a Japanese Maple center piece. There is a privacy planting area to the rear of the home along a fence, and foundation plantings along the home.
